Midwest Integration & Automation has grown from a home-based business in 2007 to a 100+ person team across three Ohio facilities — and we're still hiring. Whether you're an experienced electrical engineer, a panel builder, a controls programmer, or someone looking to start a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you.
Our people stay here for the long haul because we run the shop the way engineers want to be treated: real projects, real ownership, and direct access to the leadership team. We hire for capability and fit — formal degrees help for some roles but aren't a hard requirement for others.
